By accessing or using any product, service, or website operated by CB Labs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

CB Labs is owned and operated by Chirag Sanjay Bagde (UDYAM-MH-26-1148944), Pune, Maharashtra, India.

2. Our Services

CB Labs builds and maintains software products including desktop applications, mobile apps, and web tools. Specific features and availability may vary by product and are described on the relevant product page.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase • Use our products only for lawful purposes • Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our software without permission • Not use our services to harm, harass, or defraud others • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

4. Payments

Some products or features require payment. By making a purchase:

• You authorise us to charge the amount specified at checkout • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise • Applicable taxes will be added at checkout where required

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

One-time purchases: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the product does not work as described. To request a refund, email chirag@cbproforge.com with your order details.

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Exceptions: Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after 7 days, or if the product has been used substantially.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, content, and code created by CB Labs remain the intellectual property of Chirag Sanjay Bagde unless explicitly stated otherwise. Open source projects are governed by their respective licences as stated in their repositories.

You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary products without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CB Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
